Processing Time
All orders are verified, processed, and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the following business day.

Shipping Locations & Delivery Timelines
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within India.
* Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on your delivery pin code.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics partners and may experience occasional delays due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier peak seasons.

Shipping Rates
* Standard Delivery (Orders under ₹999): Flat ₹49.00
* Free Express Delivery: Applicable on all orders of ₹999.00 and above

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your tracking number and live tracking link.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact number prior to completing checkout. VYBE cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Transit Damage or Missing Items
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please record an unboxing video and report the issue to support@vybe-lifestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery.
