  • Requests submitted after 48 hours post-delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  2. Include clear, unedited photographs and a short unboxing video showing:

    • The outer packaging and shipping label clearly displaying your AWB number.

    • The damaged or defective area of the item.

  3. Our quality assessment team will review your claim within 24 to 48 business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for a replacement or return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition received, with all original tags, inserts, and packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, innerwear, personal grooming accessories, and final sale items are strictly non-returnable unless arrived structurally defective or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once approved, a free replacement of the exact item will be dispatched immediately.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be credited directly to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your banking provider). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via secure direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or store credit.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard domestic delivery across India takes 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Metro cities typically receive parcels within 3 to 5 business days, while regional pin codes may require up to 7 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

  • As soon as your order ships, an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your AWB tracking link will be sent.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier partner’s tracking status to update online.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates or free delivery thresholds are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout before payment completion.

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments

  • Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and PIN code provided at checkout are accurate.

  • If a package is returned to origin due to repeated failed delivery attempts, incomplete addresses, or incorrect customer contact details, additional reshipment fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy
